Black Coffee Travel was conceived by two individuals who between them, have visited some 85 countries on 5 continents.
Their goal is to promote journeys of discovery--journeys that embrace the remarkable people, places, things, and ideas that inhabit this magnificent planet of ours.
Why Black Coffee? Because in India the sugar went in hours ago and that viscous liquid in the shot glass is tea not coffee. Because Egyptians think you are in mourning if you ask for it. And in Turkey people have been known to expire painfully from drinking it.
But there are few things more pleasant than travelling the world in search of a cup, even if you're in Mongolia and the best you can find is yak butter tea.
